Benro goes big on NBBH Series Ball Heads

Three new models join the NBBH Series Ball Heads lineup, designed by Novoflex for smoothness and reliability

The UK launch of Benro’s NBBH Series Ball Heads marks the company’s most advanced ball head offering to date. With three new models, the series combines Germanic engineering with the features needed for modern photography workflows.

Novoflex’s manufacturing know-how is combined with Benro’s industry knowledge to produce new camera support solutions. With smoothness, stability and reliability at the forefront of the development, these new products are designed to benefit photographers of all levels.

Each model is optimised for specific camera and lens combinations popular among UK photographers.

To start, the NBBH2 supports camera setups up to 5kg, making it ideal for compact systems like the Fujifilm X100VI. This model is perfect for street and travel photographers, who are chasing quality in a smaller form.

Stepping up, the NBBH3 handles 8kg loads – consider pairing it with premium rangefinder kits. It’s built for photographers who value image quality and refined handling.

Lastly, the NBBH4 can be used with setups up to 12kg, making it a solid choice for medium format systems or full-frame bodies with hefty telephoto glass. This ball head is just the ticket for sports and wildlife pros.

All models benefit from CNC machined construction, dual panning capability and a hidden Allen key storage system. These features help keep the system versatile for some and rigid for others.

The Benro NBBH2, NBBH3 and NBBH4 heads by Novoflex are priced at £150, £180 and £210 respectively.
