Hosted by London Camera Exchange (LCE), the contest received over 10,000 entries across 14 categories, culminating in an awards ceremony at The Photography & Video Show in London on 9 March 2025.
Top prize awarded to Capri McPherson-Noel
This year’s overall winner is Capri McPherson-Noel, a London-based photographer, whose striking portrait “Sunkissed Boy” (included below) captured the judges’ attention.
The image, taken in the UK in summer 2024 using a Canon EOS 90D, explores the relationship between humans and nature, using sunlight as a unifying theme.
Capri, originally from Ireland and of British-Caribbean heritage, works in television but aspires to transition into professional photography. Her win includes a £3,000 LCE voucher.
