Fujifilm reinvents instant fun with the instax mini LiPlay+

The instax mini LiPlay+ hybrid instant camera breathes new life into Fujifilm’s 2019 original. The latest model combines the fun of instant prints with smart digital features, offering users more ways than ever to personalise and share their photos.

Packed with fresh upgrades, the LiPlay+ introduces a whole new set of features to explore. This hybrid camera works with the free LiPlay+ App, letting users capture photos remotely via Bluetooth. Creatives can also print from their phone and personalise images with frames, filters, stickers and text. On top of this, the App introduces fun audio features, including instax Sound Print for adding 3-second clips via QR code, and instax Sound Album for creating animated videos with music and sound.

On the hardware side, the LiPlay+ features both a front main lens and a rear-facing wide-angle selfie lens. It also includes a new layered photo mode that merges images from both lenses. With instax-Rich and instax-Natural modes, automatic exposure and flash control, it makes every shot simple to capture. Finally, the launch debuts alongside the new instax mini Soft Glitter film, adding a subtle shimmer to each print.

The instax mini LiPlay+ hybrid instant camera will be available in Sand Beige and Midnight Blue colours from 30 October 2025 at a retail price of £189.99 with a matching case available for £29.99. The updated instax mini LiPlay+ smartphone App will also be available at this time.
