Laowa launches 15mm lens with 0.5x magnification

Think wide, shoot close: Laowa’s latest 15mm full frame lens bends the rules

Venus Optics has revealed a Wide-Angle Macro lens – the Laowa 15mm f/4.5 lens with a 0.5x magnification ratio. This capability allows the capture of stunning and unique wide-angle macro shots at a minimum focusing distance of 12.9cm. No UK price has been set but it costs $399 in the USA.
